All items brought in for consignment are subject to review. We will accept items based on brands, current trends, season, and inventory needs. Any items we are unable to take will be returned to the consignor on the spot. The consignment split will be posted in the store and on the website. The current split is 40% store credit. Any updates will be posted in the store, and updated on our webpage at thewildpea.com. Selling price for any items accepted for consignment will be set by The Wild Pea. An item fee to consumers may be attached to each item sold depending on the quality and price of the item. The consignor is not responsible for item fees. All items that are kept will be sold at full price for discounted for the first 45 days. After the end of the 45-day consignment period, all unsold items may be further reduced or donated to charity. Consignor may pick up their items at any time within the 45 day contract. Consignment Contract may end during a season change. Consignment items that remain unsold at the end of 45 days will become property of The Wild Pea without further notice to the consignor. As each consignment item is sold, the consignor's account will be credited with the percentage of the net selling price due to the consignor. Consignor may use the funds for in-store purchases immediately upon receiving credit, and on consignment items only. Store credit may not be used n vendor items or the Wild Pea clothing Brand. Cash Payouts are not available at The Wild Pea Exchange starting 1/5/22. Unused store credit, and any account credit, will expire after one year. Any credit before April 26, 2021 is non-payable. It is the consignor's responsibility to inform The Wild Pea of any change of address or phone number. While every effort is made to keep items safe from harm, The Wild Pea is not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft, handling, breakage, water damage, or any other unforeseen cause. Contract can change at any time, without notice.
