THE WILD PEA
All items brought in for consignment are subject to review. We will accept items based on current trends, season, and inventory needs. Any items we are unable to take will be returned to the consignor. The consignment split will be posted in the store and on the website. The current split is 35% to the consignor and 65% to The Wild Pea for cash and 40% to the consignor with 60% to The Wild Pea for store credit. Any updates to this split will be emailed out to our mailing list, posted in the store, and updated on our website at www.thewildpea.com Selling price for any items accepted for consignment will be set by The Wild Pea. All items that are kept will be sold at full price for first 90 days, but will be subject to discounts for store-wide sales. After the end of the 90-day consignment period, all unsold items may be further reduced or donated to charity. If you do not wish to donate, it is the responsibility of the consignor to identify and pick up any unsold items within 90 days. Consignment items that remain unsold or are not picked up at the end of 90 days will become property of The Wild Pea without further notice to the consignor. As each consignment item is sold, the consignor's account will be credited with the percentage of the net selling price due to the consignor. Consignor may use the funds for in-store purchases immediately upon receiving credit. Upon request, the consignor can receive payment, in the form of a check, by calling and/or emailing and requesting payment. Checks will then be sent out within 30 days of requesting. Checks not cashed within 21 days will be void. It is the consignor's responsibility to inform The Wild Pea of any change of address or phone number. Accounts have a one year inactive grace period. After one year of inactivity, your account will expire. There are no cash refunds but you may exchange for store credit.While every effort is made to keep items safe from harm, The Wild Pea is not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft, handling, breakage, water damage, or any other unforeseen cause.

TRASH BAGS FULL OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED
At the time of drop off, items will be reviewed and chosen based on current trends, season, and inventory levels. Everything else will be returned to the consignor.
We do not accept anything torn, stained, tattered, dirty, or odorous
